***Please note, the Hotel does offer some options for discounted rates separate from the rates offered to the Marshall High School Reunion group. There is a possibility of getting an equivalent or slightly better rate by signing up for their 20% off offer on their site at the bottom of their website reservation page. It requires you give them your email and mobile phone number. If all of the reserved rooms are booked (see procedure below) at the time you are trying to book a room, it's worth trying. Instead of clicking "book your stay" at the top of the page, scroll down until you see the gold "book your special rate" button—this will ensure you are able to book at the contracted rate.

The link defaults to one night, so please ensure the proper arrival and departure dates are selected.

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Phone Reservations:
Guests of a Group can make their reservations by calling Central Reservations at (855) 240-8252 and mentioning the Group name, "Marshall High School Reunion," or you can book online on the web link provided by the Hotel. You must identify yourself as part of the Group name to receive the group rate. Rates are not adjusted after reservations have already been booked, and third-party bookings do not count as part of the block.
**Please note that the cutoff date to reserve rooms is August 27.
INDIVIDUAL ROOM CANCELLATIONS and NO-SHOW POLICY
Any cancellations made after 4 PM EST forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival are charged one night’s room and tax against the method of guarantee. No-shows are also charged one night’s room and tax. Departures prior to the scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of that night’s room and tax.
BILLING PROCEDURES
Individual Pay on Own
Each individual is responsible for his/her own room and tax.
All reservations regardless of payment method must be guaranteed for late arrival to either Group’s master account (if applicable) or to a valid credit card with expiration date.
PARKING
Overnight Parking Fee of $10.00 is waived for those that book rooms at the hotel using the above Individual Bookings reservation procedures for the Marshall High School Reunion group.
